About Reap Growth
Growth should increase freedom. Not dependence.
We help growing businesses build the systems, structure, and ownership needed to grow without depending on one person to hold everything together.
The Problem Most Businesses Face
Growing businesses do not usually become harder to run because people stop caring. They become harder to run because growth eventually outpaces the systems that once supported them.
Communication becomes less automatic. Roles overlap. Decisions slow down. Information gets trapped inside one person's head. The owner becomes the person everyone waits for.
What Reap Growth Does
Reap Growth is an operations consulting firm for growing businesses that have outgrown the way they currently operate.
We help business owners and leaders understand what is creating friction inside the business, determine what needs to change, and build the systems, structure, and accountability needed to support the next stage of growth.
But we do not start by assuming you need any one of those things. We start by understanding the business.
Our Philosophy
How we think about the work.
There is usually a better way.
Most businesses operate the way they do for historical reasons, not because those ways are optimal. We believe almost every process can be improved, and every system can become more intentional.
Understand before recommending.
We stay curious about why the business works the way it does. We challenge assumptions and slow down long enough to understand the real cause before designing solutions.
The first problem is rarely the whole problem.
We look for the shared cause beneath recurring frustrations.
Build systems people can actually use.
The goal is not to create the most impressive document or sophisticated setup. The goal is to make the business easier to understand and easier to run. Practicality over perfection.
Ownership, clarity, and partnership.
Clear ownership helps people make decisions. Clear roles and expectations create capacity. And meaningful change requires us to stay involved through implementation, not disappear after recommendations.
Every growing business deserves an operating system as intentional as its vision.

My goal is not for you to think I am smart. My goal is for you to finally understand what is actually happening inside your business.
Kelly Claiborne
My brain has always worked this way. I naturally connect dots other people may not realize are connected. Sometimes that is exhausting. Most of the time, it is incredibly useful.
When someone describes a problem, I rarely hear only that one problem. I start noticing the people, decisions, processes, systems, and assumptions connected to it. That way of thinking became the foundation of Reap Growth.
I have worked across construction, real estate, professional services, consulting and compliance firms, finance-related operations, and entrepreneurship. The industries looked different. The operational problems usually did not. Communication broke down. Roles became unclear. Processes lived inside people's heads. Leaders became the person everyone waited for. Good employees compensated for systems that were no longer working.
At some point, I stopped seeing separate industry problems. I started seeing operating system problems.
My Own Business Changed How I Think
Before Reap Growth, I built and owned a business of my own. I opened a coffee shop from an empty commercial space and built everything from the ground up: the location, the systems, the employees, the inventory, the customer experience.
I loved building it. I didn't love realizing the business couldn't really function without me. From the outside, that can look like success. From the inside, it feels like the business owns you. That experience completely changed how I think about growth. I do not believe a successful business should require the owner to remain the permanent answer to every question, the backup plan for every problem, and the person holding the entire operation together.
Why I Do This Work
I ask a lot of questions before I recommend anything. Most people laugh after about question number twenty. But the first problem someone tells me about is almost never the real problem.
I want to understand how the business actually works, why it works that way, what has already been tried, where the friction is showing up, and what will realistically work for the people inside it. I am not interested in forcing your business into somebody else's formula. I am interested in helping you build an operating system that makes sense for the business you are actually leading.
