Our services are delivered through our proprietary platform and third-party integrations.

3. Subscription Terms

Our services are offered on a subscription basis with the following terms:

• Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee of $999 is required to initiate services.
• Monthly Subscription: A recurring fee of $249/month is charged for ongoing access to our platform and services.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Platform and Website Ownership

Websites created through our services are built on our proprietary platform. While you retain ownership of your content, the website infrastructure remains on our platform. If you cancel your subscription, access to the website hosted on our platform will be discontinued. You retain ownership of your domain name and can redirect it to a new hosting provider.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your business profile
• Respond to requests for content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure all content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your industry
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

6. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the setup fee. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund of the setup fee. This guarantee does not apply to monthly subscription fees already paid.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, templates, and proprietary systems remain with Reap Growth. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your business during your active subscription. Custom content created specifically for your business (such as copywriting and images) becomes your property upon full payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Reap Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver measurable results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as lead volume, conversion rates, or revenue increases. Results vary based on factors including your industry, market conditions, and implementation of our recommendations.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
